I reached out to schedule an inspection of our roof after the recent hail storm(s). They promptly responded to my inquiry and Ivan was scheduled to come out the very next day. Unfortunately due to more severe weather he had to reschedule for the next morning. He kept us updated about the reschedule. He was very professional over the phone and answered all of my questions. I informed him that I was out of town for work but my wife would be home and available for the inspection. When he arrived, he was very thorough with his inspection and explained everything that he saw and made sure my wife had a clear understanding before leaving. Although we ultimately decided to go with another company based on having a prior history with them, I wanted to make sure Ivan was recognized for his professionalism and attention to our specific needs. I will definitely consider MINT exteriors in the future and highly recommend them!
