We’re looking for motivated Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

You’ll have access to a state-of-the-art training platform, an online training dashboard, and a team environment that’s built to support you.

This role is a great fit for someone who is goal-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and driven by performance-based pay.

Earning potential:

• $80K–$90K+ minimum, depending on your effort
• Top performers earn well over $250K per year

Responsibilities include:

• Prospecting and networking to generate new leads
• Performing exterior home inspections to identify storm damage
• Making recommendations to homeowners based on your findings
• Assisting homeowners through the insurance process
• Building trust by under-promising and over-delivering
• Closing homeowners after assessing damages
• Meeting daily and weekly performance goals (inspections, claims, and contracts)
• Managing your pipeline through our CRM system
• Maintaining communication with leadership, homeowners, and office staff
• Competing individually while still being a strong team player

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who presents themselves professionally
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in negotiation
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• A track record of achievement in any field
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Experience with a CRM is a plus, but not required
• Must have a smartphone capable of using apps and taking photos
• Must be at least 18 years old (insurance requirement)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Experience in insurance adjusting, roofing, solar, or sales (residential or commercial) is a plus and may qualify for higher pay, but is not required.

At MINT Exteriors, we’re a full-service roofing and general contracting company. We help both residential and commercial property owners with everything from small improvements to full-scale projects, and we take pride in helping homeowners navigate the insurance process along the way.
